Our Mission

More than simply ‘getting by', our mission is to help your loved one build the skills and confidence they need to live with greater independence and self-determination, organically adjusting the care plan as they progress with the eventual end goal of them no longer needing support. This is available both via long-term plans and shorter-term respite care.

How Does Our Domiciliary Care In Bristol Work?

Initial Contact

To get started with a care plan for your loved one, simply call us at (0117) 960 8855 and select option 2.

Informal Discussion

We will have a conversation to determine if we can meet the needs of your loved one, based on our specialisations, staff and capacity.

Full Assessment

If we conclude we would be a good fit, we will follow up on this with a face-to-face conversation with your loved one and an environmental assessment of their place of residence.

Plan Design

With this information in hand, we will design a care plan completely unique to them that has been based around their needs, wants, likes and dislikes, with a clear end goal or outcome at the end of it.

Implementation and review

Just as how your loved one moves towards independence in line with the care plan, so does the care plan adjust to accommodate them. We review care plans on an ongoing basis, with a full assessment every 12 months, and adjust the number of contact hours per week as needed.
