It's secure work

There will always be people in need of a helping hand from compassionate people, with the care industry at this point in time having a general shortage of qualified personnel. Whether you're exploring your working options or are set on a career change, the care industry promises secure employment.

I have worked at Stepping Stones to Independence for 3 and a half years and really enjoy my job. I get to meet great people and really make a difference in their lives. It's a supportive team to work with and it really is such a rewarding job, using a variety of skills. No 2 days are the same and you build up a great rapport with your clients. I love the flexibility of the role and the fact you can do overtime if you like. Great company to work for.
